Return & Exchange (Summary)

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting hello@thestreetjacket.com
• Returns are only accepted for:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product
• Size received is different from what was ordered

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• All items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
• All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without approval will not be accepted
• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
• All approved returns must be sent to our UK warehouse address (shared after approval)
